   Very poor customer service that came with a list of excuses. There was a driver showing as available when they weren't, then when I called to get an update I was told there was traffic around Portishead and then when when I finally got in the taxi it was pointed out that I asked for a taxi at the wrong time of day due to school runs. I felt the need to point out that the tickets were booked for me and I had no say in the timing. My driver who got called in early had to wait for me as I didn't even realise they had pulled up, there was hardly any communication. After waiting for over half an hour I still had to pay the full price, despite the long wait and being mucked around. I appreciate the driver was trying to be nice, but it felt like a blame game, and what did I expect? Not going to use in future unless I have to.

   Recently enquired about their price for a taxi from Nailsea to Bristol Temple Meads and nearly fell off my perch, quoted £49.00 one way, really! Another taxi firm that came out of Bristol charged £25.00 what can I say when Nailsea to Clevedon is roughly 5 miles

   This taxi service is absolutely brilliant. We needed 2 cabs, and at the time of both requests they were fully booked. However on both occasions mbees phoned me back to advise that drivers were prepared to fit us in to and from our destination. Now that is what I call customer service . I think other cab companies could learn a thing or two from Mbees. Polite and so so helpful and they went above and beyond to help us. Thank you Mbees, we will definitely be using you when we come back to Clevedon/Nailsea. I would definitely recommend this Company.
