Me and my little one attend turtle tots class in health hospital pool every week. We can’t recommend it enough. He absolutely loves it and has grown so much confidence in matter of weeks. He is only just two and is already able to swim which is crazy and this is all due to his amazing teacher Ceri-Anne.
My son has been attending Turtle Tots for a number of years now and we cannot recommend them enough! The Big Swimmers class is fantastic, Catherine is patient and knowledgable! My son has improved so much in such a short space of time with Catherine and most importantly he thoroughly enjoys the lessons and has fun!
We chose turtle tots Cardiff as it was highly recommended to us by a friend and it’s been the best decision we have made for our girls. The teaching style of the lessons are perfect to build skills and confidence in the water. With no pressure of forcing the children to go completely under water. The lessons are fun and enjoyable for the children and I found the techniques used help build babies and children’s confidence to put their face or head under water when they are ready too. My eldest daughter started turtle tots lessons at 4 months old and is now in the big swimmers classes. She has become very confident in the water and loves swimming. Catherine is very patient with her and has a great teaching style. My 6 month old daughter has just begun her turtle tots adventure and so far she is enjoying her lessons. I've been taking my little one since he was a few months old and seeing his confidence increasing each week is wonderful. Catherine (or Catherine Turtle as my son calls her) has a lovely energy and really puts my son at ease while also encouraging him to move forward with his swimming skills. Also, we're always laughing during the lessons which is important to me!
We love Turtle Tots Cardiff, and have recently completed baby level 1, and couldn't wait to sign up to baby level 2. Shoutout to Chloe who has been an amazing instructor! She makes the lessons a fun experience for the babies, our son is splashing as soon as he gets into the pool, and he has grown so much in confidence and strength since starting Turtle Tots. Chloe has also been brilliant at giving us mums a confidence boost too, to feel safe and informed on what to do in the water. We are learning so much at Turtle Tots, more than I ever thought there was to swimming with babies! The classes are a great size at a quality pool, full of fun songs and encouragement!
Had our first lesson with Colum yesterday and it was fab! The relaxed and safe, baby led approach was great and we can’t wait to go back next week!
Incredible classes for introducing babies to water! Always going to the baby’s pace and helping build confidence as a parent too! So happy these classes go to aged 5+ for future lessons.
A huge thank you to Colum at Turtle Tot’s for making learning to swim so much fun for our 6 month old- and us! Their baby-led approach has given our little one confidence to feel relaxed, happy & safe in the water. A great, memorable experience for our whole family that we’ll treasure. We cannot recommend highly enough.
Absolutely fantastic swim school for little ones. Both instructors are fantastic with the babies and invested in their progress. Can't recommend enough. Watching our little one go from being scared of the water in his face to launching himself into the pool each week has been truly amazing. We have been to classes as 2 different venues with turtle tots and both were fab, the instructors have clearly taken time to choose the venues carefully so you and the babies are as comfortable as possible.
