   Filthy, Cold, waited half an hour for cheesy chips and was told "she didn't say she wanted them when she ordered them". Staff inattentive and honestly look like they couldn't give less of a hoot. The sensory tank was broken and had just been held together by tape and screws which weren't screwed in. I wouldn't recommend coming here what so ever. Take your kids to the life center, it's cheaper and the food is better and the staff give a bit more of care.

   Have been coming here years. Nice little local Play area. Menu is good to feed the children. However it is absolutely freezing in there at this time of year and children shouldn’t be leaving so with purple lips.

   As much as it is fun for the kids it is expensive. Understandably the rise in everything. However there is no heating absolutely freezing in there. I needed a hot water bottle, couldn't feel my toes etc. Also when the clean up started and they mopped they didn't put any signs up so my kid a big slip as he didn't know the floor was wet

   I was very disappointed with our visit The toilets were blocked dirty and almost overflowing Food was cold and expensive The session is for 2hours play but due to the fact the building was freezing as it was on a previous visit we only stayed just over an hour

   Kids love the big play area but have to say ive been about 20 times in last couple of years and it is always freezing the staff just say theres a prob with the heating they always say that people have to sit in there coats its that cold you might aswell be outside

   Went to this play area today, there was no seats for us we had to sit by the entrance absolutely freezing there. The play area was stinking dirty. The food took a long time to come out and items were missing. Then 2 mothers started physically fighting a foot away from my year old niece in her high chair. The roughest place I have ever been to and I don’t recommend anyone to go there.

   Friendly staff, good range of things for kids to explore. As a childish adult I can vouch that the blue wavey slide is fun - fast enough to bring on a "woohoo" but not fast enough to scare off my timid 3yo. Equipment fairly clean actually, which isn't usually the case in these places (my hands don't feel sticky and gross after a few goes round the course). Good grub too - standard kids meals but good. With it being quiet they've let us stay longer than the session we paid for too. I'll definitely be coming here again, especially with it being right by the train station.

   What a lovely place for children to play. Lovely, friendly staff who are happy to help & welcoming. There is an excellent under 4s section with climbing areas, slides, ball pit and more. There's a ball court for kids to play in & a much larger climbing play area for older kids with lots to do. Plenty of seating & a good reasonably priced menu. Toilets with baby change. It was clean & tidy and I would deffinately reccomend this soft play.
