Phoned them up, they arrived on the dot, picked me and my Labrador up in a wonderful London taxi and charged me what they quoted at my destination. The thing is they went the extra mile, in fact about 5 miles due to roadworks and did not charge me more. Many thanks to the driver/ owner and will use you again.
