Rude drivers flying the bird and obstruction they think the rule the roads this company have lost it the aggressive drivers are unbelievable
One of the worst rude drivers using abusive language in front of kids and all blocking access thinks he can do whatever he wants glad to see that Gregory are proud to employ aggressive idiots like this if you're a company avoid getting this lot to deliver items
unsure on how this place is still going, constantly let you down and just don't turn up to collect deliveries. Refuse to use this company again
Watched these guys deliver a crate today cut open the plastic and then let it blow down the road. They didn't seem to care and didn't pick most of it up. I walked up and down the road collecting it because this is a seaside town and the next stop for this plastic was the ocean.
Gregory's are constantly driving double HGVs through our village (Stoke St Michael) its not a suitable road with a weak bridge. The road isn't wide enough for 2 vehicles to pass so they are constantly blocking the traffic and on occasion they even get themselves stuck with one of their HGVs going both ways! Upon asking them politely to take an alternative route that is more suitable for their HGVs and doesn't pass through a residential area all I got was a rude reply! This company clearly cares more for profit and saving 5 mins journey time than local residents! I will be contacting the council!!!!!!!
Nearly killed this morning by one of their drivers in charge of a long HGV travelling very fast and not stopping at a red light on a very busy junction. Clearly not paying any attention!!!!!!!!!! Didn't even brake!!!!
Phoned them to find out where my delivery was as I'd been told by ph the day before it should have been delivered sometime that day. They looked it up quickly and said they hadn't received the pallet when it was scheduled, hence the delay, but it was now on it's way (day after I was first given). When my delivery arrived the courier was very friendly, polite and helpful and put the pallet load exactly where I wanted it. Most pleased. Great service from the driver. I took a star off as I waited in all the day before for nothing to turn up, and a call from the office to say my delivery had been delayed would have been appreciated.
I would like to make a point in how wonderful the lady driver was that I saw in Sturminster Newton today. She was backing into a yard in a difficult spot, clearly not easy for her. Credit to her persistence and professional nature, you were great. Women make the best drivers.
