All my household belongings were transported from my house to a new location, without trauma and safely deposited into storage. Couldn’t ask for more. Needn’t have worried as they logically deposited the storage keys at reception which were waiting for me upon my unforeseen and very late arrival. All done and dusted! I elected to use a carrier to transport the car to Liverpool which was a good decision.The pickup procedure went fairly smoothly although there was some issue with some money not having been paid by the handling agents in NY. Also some large stickers had been glued to the windscreen which took half an hour to remove before setting off. The car arrived undamaged, just a bit dusty from sitting in the NY compound for a few days. 5* service which I will be using again in the future.”
