The team did a fantastic job. Our furniture and belongings were moved quickly but with care. They even provided moving boxes and wardrobe boxes for our clothes, which were neatly transferred back into our wardrobes in our new home. An absolutely fantastic service. I had to change my removal date quite close to the original time, and they were very kind about rescheduling. The two men who did the removals were kind, straightforward, and made the whole process very easy. I couldn't figure out how to disassemble my bed frame, and they figured it out for me. Their video quote service is brilliant--so straightforward. Can't recommend them highly enough!
Faultless service! My house was packed up in 4 hours on the day before moving, with all packaging provided by AJM. On moving day everything was efficiently and carefully loaded and unloaded, and boxes collected quickly once I’d unpacked. These guys are highly recommended - I will use them again!
Mine was a difficult house move for the AJM team. Steep stairs, narrow corridors and treacherous steps in the garden. They were brilliant. Everything arrived safely and in good order, including some delicate and some very heavy plants. The communication was excellent throughout the process and the team were very efficient and friendly. Careful, efficient and professional service provided by AJM Removals of Bristol. I am pleased and satisfied with the whole process provided by Tom & team at AJM Removals. All my household belongings were transported from my house to a new location, without trauma and safely deposited into storage. Couldn’t ask for more. Wanted to thank the team at the storage unit, but had a mishap with my phone - and was out of contact with them at the last hurdle. Needn’t have worried as they logically deposited the storage keys at reception which were waiting for me upon my unforeseen and very late arrival. All done and dusted! Had concerns about whether I had booked a large enough storage unit for the house contents (all I could afford) but upon my arrival, even the storage unit company staff commented on how impressed they were by AJM's efficient storage of my belongings - managing to store things in such a way that a clear working space was planned-in for access, allowing me to reach all my belongings, and thus made everything accessible to me for such a confined space. Much appreciated! Professional and efficient service throughout – recommended!
