This company is a joke because their drive smashed up my car and there people are doing their best to make my claim as difficult as possible hit and run driver and now they refuse to give me the reg of the lorry so they can delay my claim Such an unprofessional so called family company and from the reviews I can see they are as shoddy as they sound please don’t trust this company
I had one of their drivers intimidating me on the M5 near Worcester tonight. Despite being on the section that was 50mgh I was doing 48 and unfortunately he came right up behind me and put his lights on full beam until I moved. Very alarming behaviour. Clearly wasn’t happy at how slow I was driving or in the wrong lane so decided to intimidate me until I moved.
We used them for a delivery as part of the Palletways network. We paid for a premium next day AM service, as the consignment was urgent. It took until 4pm that day to get an answer admitting that the delivery wouldn't happen. Our customer now won't receive their goods until the following working day (we hope). Fingers crossed it doesn't cause too much of a knock-on effect.
