2 drivers in the space of a few miles, both speeding through villages. First in Shillingstone, the next in Bagber. Not a bit over either. Absolutely belting along.

Terrible customer service, despite numerous requests to do so, they never call beforehand, never see the same driver twice. Today their driver Nathan tried to dump a £1000 appliance on someone's drive unsigned for and unchecked. When I challenged the driver on his lack of forewarning me, he messaged me to say he's put it back on the van and I'll have arrange to have it redelivered. I only get issues from their drivers. Not the first time they have dropped off an unsigned for expensive item and driven off! Sadly, my lovely suppliers are forced to use them, so either I go elsewhere, or put up with it. Very unhappy
The guys at Massey Wilcox, (Rob in particular) are excellent at their work and incredibly helpful when it came to getting things arranged and scheduled for us, they were absolutely perfect. I've had a few challenging experiences with transport companies before, but Massey Wilcox in Radstock have restored my faith in the industry. Polite, responsive and fast!! I couldn't ask for more! Thank you for all your help these past few weeks.
