   We had our kitchen through the Leicester branch and had a fantastic experience. I highly recommend Jon Allen, our kitchen designer. From start to finish, he made the experience easy and smooth. It seemed like he knew all the codes off the top of his head and was so informed when it came to the magnet products. We had a few items missing from the order, and they were then ordered and delivered the next day with no issues. One of the end panels was damaged, and I sent Jon a message on his day off, and he replied and got this ordered when he wasn't even meant to be working. Jon has worked above and beyond on behalf of Magnet and is a real credit to the store and the business. The delivery drivers were fantastic, really friendly and engaged with my daughter (3 years), who kept trying to show them drawings. The delivery was on time and was delivered to my house with no issues. Both design, delivery and after-sales have surpassed my expectations. Great work.

   Went here because of the great reviews. Seen that Zafar specifically has great reviews. Maybe it was my fault for not specifying who I went to for my consultation but my experience with the advisor I went to wasn't at all pleasant. Came in for a 90 minute appointment, but my appointment was probably 30 minutes at maximum. Rather than being explained things, or even advised, I was asked 'Do you want X, do you want Y etc' No personalisation or understanding of needs or anything No 3D designed kitchen on the computer or anything. Just a hand drawn 2D plan on a piece of paper. I've read Magnet have a good warranty on their goods, but my store experience rules me out buying from them This might just be my own experience, go in and see for yourself. I was able to answer most of their questions only because I have had the same consultation at a competitors store and the experience was very, very different Why did I even bother?

   Getting your kitchen done is a huge project but thankfully we had Zafar as our designer and he was absolutely amazing from start to finish! He made the process so simple and helped us with any problem we had along the way. Very reliable, knowledgeable and professional. I would highly recommend Zafar at Magnet Aylestone road if you are planning on doing your kitchen!!! Thank you so much Zaf :)

   We planned our kitchen with Jonathan Allen who is an asset to the company, he was very informative, accomplished all our needs within our new kitchen and was always on hand to answer any questions we had. However this is where the exceptional service ends. The kitchen arrived 2 days later than it should have, we had to keep calling to chase the delivery which in turn delayed the fitters we had hired. Parts arrived missing which we are still waiting for (2 cupboard back boards) we had far too many end panels which Jon did refund without issue. The kitchen was fitted and finished on the 12th December and 2 months on and 2 of the worktops have now chipped! From placing the order to now I'd say go somewhere else unless you can wait around for a kitchen and pay a decent price for average quality. The company have let Jon down in my opinion.
