Just be aware that this firm will not communicate at all with mortgage intermediaries, so if you are using a mortgage broker who will actively stay involved in your transaction and keep you updated, this isn't the firm for you as your broker will not be able to communicate with them. I have been in this industry for over 20 years and this is the only firm of Solicitors to take this stance.
