    Badly placed, small, up a kill, tiny lift, staff on reception are rude and arrogant and the building is cramped and cold. All in all I'd say do not go there

    Access is confusing. Notes stuck in doors advising what numbers to press in security lock. Then you enter reception to another note stating 'this is not reception'???? Really???? Our visit was to PIP assessment and the staff member was rude and curt.

    Very small car park which is tricky to turn in and out of as directly on main road. Only one disabled parking space available

    Visited pip people with my wife. For a disabled persons assessment centre this place is really badly designed. There are narrow corridors, tight turns, outward manual opening doors, a door keypad to high and in the wrong place, for a wheelchair user even the assessment rooms are small, cramped and almost impossible to get in, without scratching the wheelchair paint.
