   TBH I RATE IT NO STAR. Very horrible experience. The guy named ROWAN has rude customer service. The room i was given was disgusting. Matress broken as well as the bed slates are in half.(Condoms,nickers and ciggarettes under bed)Springs poking out of matress. Fridge broken. Washing machine broken. Mouldy food in the micro wave. Litter and rubbish all around the house and i was told it was all in good condition. I got told by him that he will come and provide us with a new matress but he didnt. So we went back to london. Waste of money. He thieves your deposit, doesnt give any of it back. CON THEY ARE. DONT BELIEVE ANYTHING THEY SAY. I also gave him money for the electricity but he did not put the electricity. He is a LIAR AND A RIP OFF.
