   As suggested by others, I had a taxi booked from the previous evening for 7am. By 7:15 I had received no call or taxi arriving. Upon ringing them up they said I would have no booking for at least another 30 minutes.

   If I could give 0 stars I would. Booked a taxi a few days in advance for a wedding. They called a few hours before our scheduled collection to cancel claiming the cab had broken down and they had no other taxis in the area at all that night?! No offer or suggestion of where to get help elsewhere! Lucky for kind bar staff at our venue. Highly UNRECOMMENDED!!

   Booked a return trip to Bristol a week in advance. They took us there no problem but 10 minutes before our agreed collection time, they rang to cancel our booking, leaving us stranded. Disgusting behaviour. Do not touch with a barge pole.

   Very poor service. Booked a taxi for 2000 still nobody showing up at 2130. They kept on giving excuses like "I'll be 20 more minutes." Absolutely disgusting behaviour I wouldnt recommend booking with this service.
