Told me her colleague who usually deals with " that sort of thing" was busy and she'd get her to call me back. They never did..... That's 3 grand of selling fees youl not be getting then, later that day found marsh and marsh. Lovely folk

I have rented the flat from Boococks in Halifax and we stayed in the property for almost 4.5 years. Rented a property with Boococks for two and a half years and found them to be really responsive, friendly and professional at all times. Victoria was my rental administrator, and I always felt comfortable bringing any concerns to her, and always got prompt responses, even during lockdown.
