It can be a stressful experience but they really helped me navigator it in the best way possible, always on hand to help and support throughout.    Booked an appointment on Monday for the following Friday morning for a valuation of my house. Had an email confirmation and even a reminder on Friday morning. At the appointment time, no one turned up. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and waited half an hour. Still no one turned up. Phoned the office and spoke to Alex Green (who the email was sent from) who said he didn’t know anything about the booking. I was really annoyed as I had taken time off work and all Alex could offer was an alternative appointment a week later. Won’t be trusting them to sell my house for me. I get it that mistakes happen but this actually cost me my loss of earnings for that morning.
