Bought a swivel faux leather chair, .surface broke up and discoloured after 12 months . TH were not interested said 12 month warranty was out of time and not their problem. Appalling attitude, we bought 2 settees which have discoloured and sagged. Unlike arnie we won't be back.

My parents needed recline and raise up chairs so went along to our local furniture shop. Daniel was extremely helpful and considerate towards my parents especially my mum. We managed to buy two chairs at a reasonable price due to the sale. Would definitely recommend Thomas Hearn not only for recliner/raise up chairs but for other furniture too. Some beautiful sofas available. Will definitely shop here again.
Steve was extremely rude to us. Came in to look at carpet samples as we needed to see them on a larger scale. We weren’t there to “make a sale”, so can only assume we were wasting Steve’s time. I didn’t realise we weren’t welcome in a shop if we weren’t there to buy something on the spot. We were going to stay and look at furniture but probably won’t be back now. If you go, try and chat to the other staff members who were very friendly and helpful to us, even though we weren’t there to buy carpet.
I would like to say a huge thank you to your delivery guys who removed my old sofa from my building on the 13/Feb p.p, knowing that it was very difficult physically for them to do the removal. First class service. There is no pressure to purchase. Always felt our interests were the most important . Will certainly shop there when another occasion arises. Made a purchase on the second visit.
I went in to look at carpets as they had a very good sale on. Unfortunately it seemed that I didn't fit the dress code and was probably ten to fifteen years to young as all the other customers in the store were clearly enjoying a comfortable retirement! I wouldn't have mined if someone had offered an apology for any delay a simple "sorry to keep you waiting" or "someone will be right with you" would have gone a long way but as it was I left the store without a word being offered!
Myself and my family have been shopping here for many years. We always get fantastic service and good quality products , not as expensive as many people expect either , hence we keep going back and are never disappointed. I recently bought a sofa that I wasn't happy with , purely size and colour. James was very understanding , patient ! And helped me sort a replacement. Delivery expectations were spot on and the removal guys always kept me up to date with times for drop off. Hidden gem in Kenilworth, well done team Thomas Hearn , we will be back and continue to recommend you all.
