Went into the Leamington spa store to have a look for my mum and Kim was so helpful. She was so patient with us not knowing what we wanted and let us take our time to sit on everything. The team were so lovely and you could tell they really knew what they were talking about. Thanks Kim, you made my mum feel really looked after.
Without a doubt the worst retail experience of my life. I would rate zero stars if i could. To write a full detailed review considering the problems i had with this company would be a very long read so, i will try to be brief. Turn over time for bespoke furniture - prepare to wait way beyond the estimated date. Furniture turned up stained and broken, refund refused. When replacement part was ordered the courier left the part in the bin, obviously the bin was collected and the part was lost. After months of waiting another part was ordered (after a request for a refund was denied again) only to be damaged again. The person putting the bed together tried to put the damaged part on hoping i wouldn't notice. This was one of several damages. I paid extra for assembly, but the screws were not fitted properly and some were left out entirely. To say the process was stressful is an understatement, i actually shed tears and lost sleep over this, it affected my life to the point i was suffering. The whole process started in December and only ended in June. With the cost of the furniture just under £3000, you would expect top quality and excellent service, but I've had better quality from flat pack ikea. I finally got my money back after chasing and logging support, letters with trading standards. By law i was entitled to a refund having received faulty goods, but sofas and stuff argued and refused several times before finally agreeing. After furniture was collected I still had to pay installments on the furniture i no longer had as the refund process took so long. i also had to have some difficult upsetting phone calls to try to get my refund. The prices of the furniture at sofas and stuff do not reflect the quality which, in my opinion, is below standard and poor. I would never, ever recommend sofas and stuff and never, ever seek to return to them for any purchase no matter how small ever, ever again. Horrible experience i wouldn't wish on anyone.
The friendly, helpful and totally unpressurised help and advice given to us by Kim and Vicky over several visits to the Leamington showroom was second to none. We could take our time in choosing the sofa type and fabric from amongst the very many choices available without feeling under any pressure. Tea and coffee were also provided. We finally settled on the Lanhydrock 4-seater sofa in a Linwood Freya fabric, which was delivered today. It was so well packaged and delivered on their own liveried van by two polite and friendly guys who also took away all of the packaging. We are so pleased with our new sofa and the service we have had throughout. We cannot recommend Sofas and Stuff highly enough.
Vicky in the Leamington spa shop was patient,knowledgeable,and helpful.The choice of beautiful sofas is great and fabric samples never ending! Our choice of a Hampton 4 seater sofa in green velvet arrived as promised a few days before Christmas and it looks, and is,magnificent. This is an excellent company to shop with and we thoroughly recommend it.
Great staff. Friendly and welcoming without being pushy. Find the sofa and chair that fit you then take your time to choose the correct fabric. You can have all the time you need to be sure of making the right choice. Plenty of choice of fabrics. You're not rushed. Just choose the right furniture for you

Popped in at the weekend and was greeted with friendly enthusiastic staff who clearly know their stuff. Really nice and spacious place with some gorgeous English made sofas on display. Welcome addition to Leamington and great to see UK made products with proper service.
I recently visited the new Lemington Spa showroom and was super impressed! The showroom looked amazing. Jess and James were so welcoming and knowledgeable. Had a lovely coffee and chat with the guys and all of my questions were answered. When I do order my new sofas I won’t be going anywhere else!
Fantastic shop with so many varieties of sofas. The service has been very professional, efficient and personal. The staff have gone above and beyond to find us the best sofa for the shape and size of our room offering us several options to choose from. Will definitely use again for any future needs.
