   The basement is nothing to write home about, black mold in a property people live in is not healthy at all, bad maintenance culture.

   It is nice. Affordable for students.Apartments are furnished.Basement studio apartments are cheap. 3 to 5 min walk to grocery stores like Aldi,bnm,metalan,poundstretcher,Halford. Halal food cafes and meat shops are also near to this location.

   I have been living here for a year. It is really a good place if you are a student or professional, you are close to the town and the station, but it is far enough away to have a quiet and pleasant area. There is a good quality price relation.

   Stayed here for 6 nights, well the area is not what you would call nice.. once entering the hallways into the premises the smell of cannabis from neighboring apartments was overwhelming. Then being next to what I’d call a construction site that attracted the homeless to have a drinking session and light fires, I also noticed a car that was parked had got a brick thrown through its windscreen. The outside bins don’t seem to get collected as they were overflowing with rubbish which probably explains the rat I saw outside. Only pros I can think off is it’s close to the shops and the town centre.
