Accidentally booked tickets for the wrong cineworld. Paul and Reece were really nice and didnβt hesitate to change them for me. Good customer service

Lovely cinema with clean seating, and good sound quality. We got the pick and mix snacks that were very stale, and people kept entering room and changing seats throughout the movie which spoiled our experience.

Not the place to go if you want to enjoy a film unfortunately. It seems most people - at our viewing at least - come for a casual place to hang out with friends. Groups talking loudly, heckling the film, on their phones, answering phonecalls... Really soured a film we'd been excited to see. We reported to staff, who told us that they'd come and check what was going on and kick any bad behaviour out, but bad actors seem aware of this as the group in front of us all hushed each other, put their phones away and sat properly as soon as the staff member walked in. As soon as staff left, it would be back to their shouting, using phones, etc. Next time we'll go to Pictureville.

That Asian security guard who was working on 27/10, thought he was a big man wearing that xxs t shirt trying to show off. Literally went on my phone just to quickly respond to a text, brightness low and on silent and he came up to us going off, saying step outside etc. He just seen me and my other 2 friends and only came up to us but there was so many other people who was on their phones and even recording the movie and guess whatβ¦.he didnβt bother to say anything to them, I wonder why? He needs to learn how to fix up and speak with an appropriate manner. Funnily enough when the movie ended, he was nowhere to be seen. He needs to learn how to fix up and do his job properly, anyone can do a better job than that jokeman.

Cineworld at The Leisure Exchange in Bradford offers a fantastic movie-going experience. The cinema is clean, well-maintained, and has a welcoming atmosphere. The staff are friendly and efficient, ensuring smooth ticketing and a pleasant visit. The seating is comfortable, with plenty of legroom and great views of the screen from every angle. The sound quality and picture clarity are top-notch, making it easy to get fully immersed in the film. They also offer a wide selection of snacks and drinks at the concessions stand, which is always well-stocked. The location is convenient, with ample parking and nearby restaurants, making it perfect for a fun day or evening out. Whether youβre watching the latest blockbuster or a family favorite, Cineworld Bradford delivers an excellent cinematic experience. Highly recommended!

As far as Cineworld cinemas go it's tired and shabby but I guess that's why the price if tickets are so low. Stains and marks on the screen, not enough to spoil a film but definitely a distraction. Service was very slow at the kiosk. Great for a budget cinema trip but there'such better cinemas locally

Overall a fairly large cinema, very cheap with standard tickets setting you back Β£6 and 3D tickets being roughly Β£9~ however the downside isβ¦ this cinema is stuck in the early 2000βs. It bears the old cineworld logos and signage everywhere, and has not got the updated digital screens. The concourse hall is practically empty, with a few arcade machines and the ticket desks. The staff are polite and cheerful but Iβm rating this 3 for the lack of modern auditoriums. Screens 1-6 from what Iβve seen have been updated but the rest of the screens (7-16) are old, and the seats are not raise high enough so if you seat in the front rows you will see peopleβs heads. It needs a massive refurbishement. ASAP

Was in Bradford and thought id pop into the local cinema. Was a bit confused as to where to go to buy tickets but this lovely chap looking like borat came over to help. He went on a till just for me and gave me tickets also he served me food saying ill save so much if i upgrade to a large pop corn with a small drink. All in all its a good cinema with very friendly staff.

Shocking service. Would rate this 0 stars if I could. Went to watch Black Panther and the way I was dealt with in terms of customer service was appalling. No signs of respect shown. I had purchased a voucher online which needed to be redeemed, firstly I went in and was told that the voucher had already been used which didnt make sense as I had purchased the items earlier in the morning. Secondly my popcorn combo was out of stock and I wasnt given any alternative options. Instead was made to purchase the items again separately I asked for a receipt as was promised a refund for the vouchers purchased only to be told I need to contact customer services which again is misleading from your point of view. There needs to be serious customer service training. During the movie there was an usher flashing his light at the front of the screen Appalling service. Would never recommend thereβs better cinemas out there than this Doubt ill get a response

It is one of the only cinemas that have South Asian movie listings in the area. However, my experience here has been a mixed bag - why? The Positive Aspects + Large cinema (16 screens) with plenty of movie listings. + Great location - there are plenty of places to park nearby and plenty of places to eat too (thereβs a Nandoβs right outside!) + Ticket prices are generally good - a standard adult cinema ticket, at the time of this review, is Β£5.99. The Not-So-Positive Aspects - The cinema is severely understaffed - just getting popcorn in a queue with just one person in front of you, can take upwards of 15 minutes (come with ample time!). Genuinely slow service. - Avoid queuing at the tills - prebook your tickets if you can! - The cinema facilities are old and dilapidated (as seen in the review pictures). Also, the cinema seats are not very comfortable. - There is an ice-cream stand in the lobby - but in my experience - itβs rarely manned - I have consistently not been able to buy myself any.
