the cinema itself is fine but the workers? rude. The other day i came in with my 16 year old daughter which also looks older for her age to go see fnaf 2 the worker didn’t even look at us or greet us and just went β€œcan i see your id” yet my daughter doesn’t bring her id/passport with her to see a movie so i vouched for her we then got turned away and said β€œyou can’t see it then” didn’t even get a chance to get her name either we just walked out and had to go to bradford which let us in straight away.

The cinema itself is ok. Price is ok. You have to pay to park. Staff on Saturday morning were not friendly at all. The cinema experience starts when you walk through the doors!!! The sun is shining, we are going to see a movie, great positive mood but the staff attitude was disappointing ☹️

Ratibg as it just your standard cinema experience. If you have a ticket already there is very minimal communication with staff unless you buy snacks. I just generally go straight in with my ticket. Comfy seats, clean and tidy. Nothing to give it a five star rating. Just what you'd expect from a normal cinema.

Still expensive for food and drinks. Tickets are reasonable. I had to pay Β£2 each for 3D glasses to watch a film. Don't think that's bad at all. I get to take them home and use them again to watch another 3D movie. I watched Avitar 2. It was great in 3D

It's relatively new cinema, the seats are comfy, picture and sound system is good. Staff are nice. A good cinema all-round, would recommend and definitely will visit again, only bad thing Drinks and food are rip off..but that the same for nearly all cinema's..

My Friend and I Usually have a trip out to the Cinema on a Friday evening. Every Time we go the Staff are very Friendly and welcoming. The Seats are very Comfy. With Plenty of Leg and Elbow room. The noise of the Adverts are Too Loud. And my Friend has to Wear Ear plugs. Apart from that we Enjoy the Vue Cinema Very much.

From an individual cinema point of view, The Vue in Halifax is a cracking place with very friendly and helpful staff. As with most multiplexes each individual "room" varies in size/capacity but all have a great feel to them, nice comfy seats even in the "supersaver" area, good visibility no matter where you sit, and absolutely amazing sound all at some of the cheapest ticket prices you'll find. A very good cinema indeed. From a company point of view however, their website is pathetic. I've spent many days on many occasions over the years trying to book tickets for different films to either give up and just turn up on the day and take what's left, or simply just give up and stop in!! They know it's pathetic, but blatantly choose to ignore the problem.

I love this small cinema. Been a Halifax girl ever since school and even though I live in Wolverhampton now - Me and my partner always travel to go and see films from here. The fees are reasonable, its very close to town with restaurants around. What is there to not like?! Just wish there was more choice sometimes that we good. But that might be a film business problem
