   Joel and his team recently designed and fitted our wonderful new kitchen. We were kept informed every step of the way. Any qualms, concerns or queries we had were dealt with quickly and to our satisfaction. Now there’s no more cluttered work surfaces, everything has a home. We have amongst other delights a wonderful larder cupboard. I shall never get tired of opening the door and admiring how ordered everything is.    We had our kitchen/dining room knocked through and a new kitchen/family room installed by Joel and his team. We are so pleased with it - it’s really transformed our home - made it more functional & the design touches Joel brings make the whole space feel so stylish. I would encourage you to consider Joel as I feel the quality of design and product we’ve got in our new kitchen is excellent value & leagues ahead of the other high street & bespoke options we considered. Having the whole thing project managed by Joel also reduced the stress of a big project substantially as Joel is so supportive & always there to discuss any concerns with. I’m now saving up for the next project!

   Joel recently designed and managed the refit of our en suite bathroom and he was amazing. Personalised service from start to finish he organised everything leaving us stress free throughout the whole build. He made us feel comfortable from the beginning, understanding what it was we wanted and made some great suggestions we wouldn’t have otherwise thought of. Even when we had a last minute panic about the sink unit, Joel dealt with it very gracefully and immediately came up with a choice of redesigns. Nothing was too much trouble and he made sure we were happy at every stage. 100% recommend using Joel and his team and we will definitely be doing this for our next project.

   We recently renovated our whole house including the kitchen, and after contacting a few other designers our next door neighbor, who does the hos fitting too, recommended us with JLR Designs. We are so happy we manage to find Joel and his team. Joel was really helpful in the early stages and came up with a few designs and ideas, some of which we would never have thought of. We had quite a tight time scale and it was a big job but Joel was very understanding and was very responsive in what he did and the finish had exceeded our expectations! Joel really knows how to look after his customers and even driving down all by himself to check up on us and how it was going. Honestly amazing service and quality, would easily recommend him to anyone looking to redesign the house. 5*

When it came to the job starting, Joel and team worked efficiently and with great attention to detail, with any unexpected extras and delays explained and quickly worked around.    We've recently extended our home to create a large family living space. The building process was full on, with many decisions to make every day, so working with a kitchen designer has taken a lot of stress away. There is so much choice of styles, colours, materials, so starting with a blank canvas can be daunting. Joel worked with us to create a functional space that matched our design style and added a wow factor to our home. Joel suggested solutions we wouldn't have thought about and accommodated our last changes to the design. Joel went above and beyond by also assisting with detailed plans for electrics, plumbing etc. and has been on hand to liaise with our builders, heating engineers, electrician and tiler throughout the entire planning and delivery process - you won't get this level of service from other kitchen suppliers. We're delighted with the end result, quality of materials and the installation process. Overall Joel is a great person to work with and made a daunting project fun and exciting.
