Disgraceful service. Took 6,attempts to open a dialogue. After a couple of exchanges , person 1 chose to ignore me even though I’d explicitly explained that I can tolerate a defective product or human error - but NOT bring ignored . When I chased , it was passed to person 2 and despite the same info , she too chose to throw me in the bin. I have written a physical letter to the “ person in charge at Leicester address , and this too has been ignored. My pan , on first use , stuck 2,egg residue on as if with superglue. Worst employee service I have come across and that’s saying something in current standard of uk customer service
