   Absolutely useless, booked a cab and then they rang 2 hours before and cancelled. Will never use again, surprised they have a business when they give service levels like this!!

   Really disappointed, it has been the second time, I pre booked a taxi a few days ago with this company and a few minutes before the taxi should arrive, they called me said the taxi won't make it! And suggested me either to wait for another taxi from them in a later time or cancel my booking! I will not book taxi with them again, can't depend on their unreliable service for my work travel!

   On 2 separate occasions I had a taxi booked from Portishead and 2-3 minutes before it was due to arrive they cancelled it. On the first occasion it meant I lost a high demand restaurant reservation I’d had for 2 months in Bristol and on the second occasion it meant I missed my train to London. AVOID AVOID if you don’t want a stressful journey.

   Absolutely horrendous. I'm in the Clevedon area and wanted the taxi company area to drop my niece and her friends off around the town. I phoned the morning before the taxi was due to drop them off and spoke to a man with an angry temper, he shouted on the phone several times which from that point on made me think something smelt a bit off about the company . I asked him if the taxi would not be able to come, to phone me at least 30 minutes before so we could arrange with another company, he said in a loud angered voice "Yes mate! goodbye mate!" And slammed the phone down. As predicted they didn't turn up and this meant 3, 11 year old girls had to walk 3 miles alone to get to their homes past 11pm Shocking service would rate half a star if I could. Use MBees or Triangle Cars in future

   Extremely disappointed with the appalling service I received from this company on Saturday evening. I had pre booked a taxi for a 21st birthday for 10pm for myself and a group of friends. Being such a special occasion we had events booked for later on in the evening, etc. Exactly five minutes before the taxi was due to arrive I received a call from the taxi company saying that they were unable to proceed with the booking as they had no taxis available. I was stunned, given the fact I had booked this several days in advance and had verbal/text confirmation from the company. Absolutely no alternative suggested and a very little, insincere apology given. I was then hung up on and received a text saying that my booking had been cancelled. As a result we completely missed out on subsequent plans for the evening. Any basic professionalism and customer care that anyone would expect when using a service was non existent. Avoid at all costs.
