Used for a second time. First time, not so good, but I'm guessing that was down to the solicitor. This time, I used them for a transfer of land purchased at auction. Quick and easy and the solicitor in the Risca branch was a pleasure to deal with.
Would not recommend, rang tried to give lady i spoke to a little more information about issue, could not wait to say put info in email and we willl tell tell you how much it will cost, spoke to another solicitor who was not chasing the money straight away. Who was not talking about costs in the first few sentances, These seem like they want to get money as fast as posible. Sorry but can now understand other comments and reviews are low.
They done a great job for me although they cost as do all solicitors my family have used these i found them ok and besidea in my case affter my visit i headed for a great fish and chip shop very near to them and headed across to the park to eat them if your wanting a solicitor could be worth conracting them
It's nearly 20 months since my Aunt died and this firm have still not wound up her estate. Yes there has been a pandemic but that does not affect a firms ability to communicate with family/beneficiaries. The poor service from this firm and their inability to reach and conclude simple matters is astounding. Complaints from various family members have been ignored. I do not recommend this firm and if you have them as your executors I'd seriously consider changing to another more professional firm.
Would not recommend. Currently 18 months after our grandmothers passing and still her straight forward will isn’t sorted. Total disregard to the family’s feeling of grieving and needing an end for closure. Dread to think of the final cost for this mediocre service. AVOID
Helped me a great deal with my house move and I would not hesitate to use them for any future legal requirements. Very friendly and approachable.
The service my family have received from the company have just been plain poor. You try to speak to your solicitor but you just get palmed off by the receptionist. The solicitors have just been so laid back with our case, and feels as if the just dragged their heels all through the process, which have caused massive difficulty with the case. Just had a terrible service throughout.
