   Went in today after having a rubbish experience with a yodel delivery through Argos, initially Argos customer service helped on the phone - but unfortunately gave me their word, and despite promising written confirmation of a resolution they didn’t follow through. Desperately needed the delivery of a mattress for my little boy, and after being let down went down to Coalville Argos in hope that they could help. Connor the manager and another member of staff ( sorry forgot his name! ) were fab, managed to find stock of one for me and I had it in my car within 5 minutes. Customer service was top here and have never had any issues with this store, very happy with the service thank you Connor for all your help. 10/10 service!

   Staff talk to you like you’re a piece of dirt on their shoe. Don’t follow their own returns policy and do everything they can to not allow a refund. Won’t be using them again.

   Shocking customer service. Nothing in place for manual trading. Don't place an order through this company because even if you've paid you won't be able to get your item if the systems are down. God forbid they actually use their brains!!

   Small Argos store with limited stock. Hard to find popular items, but when they have something in stock, the service is fast and efficient. Be prepared to substitute items if looking for a percific topics, order online, or check online to see if they have the item you're looking for to avoid disappointment.

   Awful experience horrible staff! Wouldn't exchange my faulty item as it had gone up in price, never offered to repair it just bullied into a refund!

   Smaller store of the chain and you would expect them not to stock most items, but they do. This confirms that Argos stores do not have stock but a Wizard hidden out the back zapping ordered items into existence
