“Went in today after having a rubbish experience with a yodel delivery through Argos, initially Argos customer service helped on the phone - but unfortunately gave me their word, and despite promising written confirmation of a resolution they didn’t follow through. Desperately needed the delivery of a mattress for my little boy, and after being let down went down to Coalville Argos in hope that they could help. Connor the manager and another member of staff ( sorry forgot his name! ) were fab, managed to find stock of one for me and I had it in my car within 5 minutes. Customer service was top here and have never had any issues with this store, very happy with the service thank you Connor for all your help. 10/10 service!”
