   Walked in and was welcomed..not having a card they found out the card reference via the name and address and then took order. It was quick to arrive and everyone was lovely. Highly recommended.

   Very poor customer service today from Hayley, refused my refund as I paid using Samsung pay. Asked me for my card which I did not have and refused to give me a cash refund even though I had the item less than 30 minutes. Hayley and team happy to take the money but not return it. Avoid when hayley is on duty...

   I called in to pick up a 'click and collect' item. Though there were vehicles parked outside there were no people waiting inside, at least at the main counter. It's possible there was a queue at the adjacent trade one given the vehicles outside, but at least you can now queue inside rather than the outside of 'lockdown.' I presented the order confirmation at the till, the item was handed over without fuss or delay. It just worked as you would hope - no problems, no waiting. Thanks Screwfix.

   With two other hardware shops locally, neither of which seldom stock what you need, Screwfix is the obvious first choice. Staff are always extremely helpful(never met one that wasn't) and the variety of goods is superb. So glad we have a local branch!
