We have used Bump 2 Baby a number of times now and are planning a few more. The staff are both professional and polite, leading to a very relaxed and reassuring experience. I’ve had a great experience with Bump 2 Baby Scans in Leicester both times we’ve visited. Our first scan at their original practice was brilliant, and even though they’ve now moved, the service is just as excellent as before. The team are always so welcoming and really go above and beyond to help with any questions or anxieties. As the dad, it means a lot to feel involved, and they did an amazing job of keeping my partner at ease and answering everything we needed to know early on in both pregnancies. We had an absolutely wonderful experience finding out our baby's gender and hearing his heartbeat for the very first time (15 weeks into the pregnancy). The staff are very friendly and helpful, and the facility is in a very calm setting, in lovely surroundings. We had actually booked a (more expensive) 4D scan, but were advised that might not be optimal at this stage, and were given the opportunity to change it to a gender-reveal scan instead (lower price)... so you can be sure of a good, honest service. I got my first reassurance scan from these lovely ladies and also my gender reveal scan. The service was absolutely amazing. Their personal advice was so reassuring for me and my husband and I would totally recommend them to anyone! Quick, easy, efficient and excellent service.
Visited during covid for an early gender scan as partner wasn't allowed in the hospital for scans. Was slightly confused as to what was included in the price and quite dissapointed in what we recieved considering the amount we paid for the service. Staff weren't really that enthusiastic, considering it being a place for private scans and presumably for a pleasant and comfortable experience, and ultimately felt quite rushed unfortunately. Didn't feel entirely certain that the gender was correct as was reinforced multiple times that "baby wasn't coorporating" so result could have been inconclusive anyhow. The clinic itself was very clean and clearly a lot of effort put into the presentation of the place.
The Lady I spoke with on the phone when I called was very helpful. W9⁹e came as we were having a gender reveal so was warned when to look away as we both wanted to find out the same time as our family and friends. Excellent service start to finish. I lost my photo that was given at my gender scan and they were more than happy to reprint another photo at no extra cost. Would definitely recommend using this company.
We got to the place and was informed there trans vaginal scans where not permitted there. Considering I had emailed them before the appointment about other things... This is something that should be explained to women before physically getting there we traveled an hour for our scan to also be rushed at the end we did get to see the gender but the quality of the scan was terrible i had had other scans a week prior to this one and actually was able to see baby this one not so much. The scan was rushed and there was only 1 person from what we could see working there and she was very quick to try call it quits on finding baby's gender then and there she did however offer a free rescan but honestly i wont be returning all in all the appointment lasted no more than 10 minutes. The USB stick we purchased was really dissatisfying as well a we thought we would be able to hear baby's heart beat on there which we was unable to and also on the gender scan when purchased online it advised a free view in 4D would be done this was not done at all.... We got what we went for but the execution was terrible.
Great business. Lovely staff, good quality equipment being used. Good standards of cleanliness. It's bit hard to spot it while driving by as they share a building with another business but instructions sent out after a booking were good enough in order for us to find it without to much troubles.
