The lady at reception was very helpful in choosing the right frames for me Certain designs didn’t fit right on me which I wasn’t aware of. She helped me identify the important fits based on my face shape which then helped me choose the right pair.
I was very happy with the service I received from the staff here. From making my first appointment to receiving my new glasses,they were polite and friendly. The optician thoroughly checked my eyes and spoke to me about everything he did. All in all a great place and great staff! Keep up the good work 10/10

My 93 year old mother has been attending for several years and always receives excellent professional service. The 2 “blue badge” parking places outside help as long as they are not being abused by locals collecting their lunch from the bakery next door…….
I moved to Opticare from my previous opticians after having a bad experience and I've had nothing but great things to say about the guys working in the anstey branch. I was recommended by my mum who has been a patient with them for years and the only thing I regret is not going to them sooner. They're all so friendly and very helpful, ordering my new glasses was so smooth and the service I have received has been second to non. Would highly recommend. They have been really supportive during my contact lenses trials as this is something I've been nervous about trying again after a previous bad experience.

Had my eyes test 30/06/22. I have a fairly complex prescription, & it sometimes takes a bit longer to get my glasses. Collected them on 15/08/22. Took them back on 16/08/22 as not chromatic. Collected them again 13/09/22. May not be Opticare’s mistake, but they're the retailer. Wasn’t offers any form of recompense. I’ve never had any problems with them before, but nearly two & a half months is a long time to wait for glasses.
