   Total dissatisfaction. DIESIS Sofa. What can I say, never been so disappointed with a purchase. Missed delivery window by a mile, when we eventually got our very expensive sofa we cannot use it as it is so uncomfortable. Natuzzi’s customer service have basically said they are not willing to do anything as it was a custom build. We couldn’t view the exact item in the showroom as we wanted the sofa bed option which they only had in a different model, which was fine but when we received ours it was totally different with thinner cushions offering no comfort whatsoever. None of this was mentioned at point of sale and we did ask. Total waste of money, currently looking for a replacement and thousands out of pocket. I expected much more from such a name. Will never buy from these again! EDIT - > NOBODY HAS CONTACTED ME AS YOU STATE IN YOUR REPLY!

   Ordered a sofa, a coffee table, a bed and a rug from the Cardiff Bay store, once the items were made in Italy the shop contacted me and asked i them to hold the items until I was ready for them (delays in moving) which they happily did. When time was ready two lovely guys came and brought all my items upstairs to my first floor flat which was not easy but they didn't grumble and just got on with the job. To summarise I cannot fault the products or the staff they were both exceptional.... unlike Curry's which were next to useless.

   They have the most comfortable sofas, and wonderful staff. Spent a lovely 2 hours choosing the style, combination, fabric/leather and colour over a very good cup of coffee. 5 different grades of leather, new buck & fabrics that looked & felt like new buck. No pushy sales, don't have to decide on the 5 yr upholstery protection until just before delivery!!

   Visited Natuzzi in Cardiff bay. The two ladies that were working that day could not have been more helpful. We bought a corner sofa that day, and had it delivered about 10 weeks later. It's been in use for a year now and shows no sign of wear. It looks as good as the day it was put in our kitchen.

   I bought a leather sofa which was exceedingly good quality as well as glass corner tables, coffee table and a high quality rug. Natuzzi we’re extrem professional and patient in their assistance in advising me of their quality products. If I needed more quality furniture then I wouldn’t hesitate to return to them.
