   I went into the store looking for a mattress. I know nothing of mattresses so was hoping to be provided some basic information as to what mattresses would be best suited for my needs. However, instead I got a customer service representative who did acknowledge my appearance at the shop but remained sat whilst I walked around aimlessly until I got bored of sitting on mattresses and left. I have over £3k to spend on a mattress however it will not be spent at bedworld because their customer service is so poor. It makes McDonald's feel like a premium customer service based organization

   Well what can I say had the divan bed less than a month it's like sleeping on a door thought I was getting the mattress I tried out but no way is it the same,now have to go out and get a bed I can actually have a good night's sleep

   Worst delivery experience I’ve had from any company. AVOID THEM LIKE THE PLAGUE. I bought a bed from them waiting roughly a month (which is not an issue at all). Went into the store the service in the store was amazing. The delivery on the other hand was appalling. My bed was being thrown around by the boys that came. Ripped the package while dragging it. I will be calling the company in the morning to complain about the scratch marks on the bed. They started getting aggy when advised where to take the bed. Came in with an attitude problem. Worst experience I’ve ever had with any bed company.

   AVOID this company . Disgusting service. We have ordered a bed for my mother , who is stage 4 cancer, who is sadly unable to get out of bed. This has been ordered to help her have comfort during this sad time. The bed was due to be delivered within a week. We didn't receive notification for delivery. Then told by email it would be before the weekend. No delivery. Then told it would be another week - tomorrow. Just recieved call that this has now been cancelled, told there isn't room on the van to deliver ? So it will now be next week. At the start , I had emailed them to explain thay we needed a date in order to organise the carers for my mother around this bed change, also family members to help change the bed over and to assist my mother whilst this is happening. However, this has also fallen on deaf ears. Disgraceful service. AVOID this company. P.s. as with regards to the reply from Bedworld... not finding the order on their system... it was ordered for my mother, by sister and I. To make myself clear, It is most definitely the service you provide! Disgraceful. In our experience. I would not want others to experience the mess around service we have. It is a truthful review, from our experience. Maybe customer service needs to be addressed , not honest reviews !

   SCAM - Completely Disappointing Experience I would not even give them a star if it was possible. Beware—what you see on the website and in the shop is NOT what they deliver. We had to replace our mattress THREE times, and each one was poorly made. The mattresses sagged after just four weeks and developed a large lump in the middle. When I asked for a refund and to have them collect the mattress, they refused, offering only another replacement. Clearly, they have no intention of standing by their product. Save your money and avoid this company at all costs! No responce to my email with order detail. Go figure

   Good choice of beds headboards and mattresses at very reasonable prices, sales person was very nice didn't push us into a forced sale, but when we needed advice he was more than happy to help. We found exactly what we wanted and were very impressed on how quickly they were able to deliver our bed and headboard.

   Went to the Cardiff branch and was attended to very well buy pleasant helpful lady who was not pushy at all. She gave us good information and left us to make our minds up. We bought a bed that cost a lot less than we had expected to pay. We were given a delivery date and three days before the date we had a call from them confirming the date. The bed was delivered, everything was fine with it and we are very satisfied.
