   Honestly Terrible, avoid at all costs!! I was told to come in for 17.30 which I did, had to wait 30minutes for a unit and then another 2 hours to be loaded by forklift. I was the first driver in but the last one to leave. Got to the drop In DE (postcode) from yate for 11.30pm and didn't get unloaded until 00.55 and then I waited until 2am and decided enough was enough as If I stayed I'd be looking at a 15hour+ as there was another drop after and then back to the yard. I did Question the dash lights prior to leaving with office manager, they advised that as it's yellow lights showing it's perfectly fine to drive. I know for a fact I shouldn't have left the yard and risked my licence with these guys.

   Avoid! Drivers like to intimidate young women and scare toddlers by blocking them in a tiny space on a road and not moving for no reason! Only moved the lorry when I got out of the car with my phone. Contacted them on their telephone number to complain and was told I'd receive a call back, which have never happened! This was over a month ago now. Horrible company! Horrible drivers! Disgusting behaviour!

   I've lost 1hr of my life to deliver 2 pallets there. 30mins to book in because no one give a monkeys. Treated like invisible. Definitely NOT recommended.

   if you want your goods collected and delivered use someone else!!! They are unreliable all the time and in 2 years using them they have let us down over 20 times The photo below is 5 pallets they should have collected 1 week ago Some excellent overnight service or not

   Absolutely shocking. I’ve been waiting 4 weeks for my delivery. I’m looking only available weekends to which they refuse delivery. I waited in on a Monday and they seem to always be outside of their time commitments. (I can’t wait in all day on my only day off) Today they were supposed to deliver pre 12pm. I rung them at 1pm and they said the driver was going to be 3 hours late. 1-where was my phone all 2-what the heck am I paying for? 3-DH are just shoddy Yet another day wasted waiting in waiting. Will I ever get what I paid for. Powerhouse should use someone else
