   Wanted to deliver to me at 10pm until midnight and then didn't show. Called customer service in the evening and waited on hold for ages, dont even know if they were open or not. Then a new delivery window was emailed to me at 3am for 0900-1100 the following day and instead they turned up at 0730. Difficult to even get hold of anyone to speak to about this their website gives contact details for another DSV division and they weren't prepared to give me an email address to speak to.

   Please do not use this company, they have held our European road shipments of ours to various destinations since January and it is now March. They do not answer emails, pick up the phone or attempt to communicate in anyway. An absolute disgrace....
