   DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE!! I wouldn’t even give this place a star but have no choice. My grandmother bought 2 electric sofas from here back in December, we got told it would be delivered in late feb which is understandable considering the time we bought them. She had a phone call last week the day it should have been delivered saying she had to pay for them to come from the warehouse. Why wasn’t this mentioned at the time we were buying them? Had no delivery updates so ended up having to go back to the store and ask as well. Finally got delivered today but the wrong sofas and different colour. They’ve not once offered her money back, let alone any vouchers or discounts. This store is shocking.

   Sharon was amazing. She helped us pick out our dining chairs and was very chill. When they didn't have enough stock of what we wanted, she placed a private order for them to be delivered from the warehouse. Very wide range of beds, sofas and dining furniture, very good value for the items we had. Other customer assistants looked very helpful for the other customers also. Good vibes Thank you Sharon

   First time visiting the store - not sure I will be back anytime soon. Upon arriving at the store we noticed there was a sale, after trying out some dining tables and chairs we approached a member of staff to pull out the extension on one of the tables after the salesman did this he continued to stand there while i was discussing the product features with my partner and made the comment “I’ll leave you two bicker it out” which was inappropriate and rude. Anyway we proceeded to look at other tables testing our chairs matching up products and were being watched as we were trying out different chairs with the tables - I definitely felt a little pressured to buy. We finally settled on just a table given the heavy discounts and were told delivery was going to be 6-8 weeks (ok no problem) then he said more likely 8 weeks, however upon arriving home we decided to look for chairs to match what we wanted. During this time I found the table for over £200 cheaper - and chairs were almost half the price each, that I could get within 5 days of purchasing. Even the original retail price that’s advertised at the store is considerably higher than those products from other stores. So it’s safe to say I am very glad I did some research after purchasing and managed to cancel my order. Always research before buying, it’ll save you the hassle of cancelling the order.

   It is lovely that you can walk around the store without being harassed all the time, the staff were polite and knowledgeable who went the extra mile carrying chairs around the store to check that they were compatible with the dining table. Thank you Martyn for your help. The price and quality are superb, keep up the good work.
