So pleased and pleasantly surprised that after 6 months of being in such pain, 5 sessions with Ghaffar reduced my pain considerably and I haven't needed my strong painkillers as usual. I've also gone away with exercises and methods to try and keep me pain free. Delighted

I arrived at Anstey Physio Stirixis with an extremely painful right shoulder that was interfering with my daily activities including my yoga classes. After 5 sessions of intensive physio I am now able to return to my normal routines. In my eighties, I will have to continue with heat and exercises to further improve my shoulder mobility. I’m so grateful of Ghaffar. I’m only 17 and he helped me get over the pain in my arm which was numb due to neck pain. I couldn’t feel my arm at night but now I’m perfectly fine.! First class service and physio. I felt completely comfortable and Gaffhar took time to understand my health conditions and concerns. After initial assessment, Gaffhar treated me and I left in a much better state then when I walked in. He also gave me guidance for ongoing care. Wish I had gone much sooner!
