Michelle has had years of experience and is very knowledgeable in each area, she ensures you fully understand the extent of your injury or problem and simplifies explaining this perfectly. Exercises are suggested to do in the comfort of your own home in order to alleviate any pain you maybe experiencing. Myself and my mum both have used Michelle for various injury’s. Taking regular Pilates classes and having one to one sessions has really helped with injury. I would recommend this practice to anyone seeking very qualified advice and assistance.
