Very helpful. The receptionist help me through booking two appointments together which could be done in one. That saved my time. It was great.

Don’t answer the phone even if you’re 1st in line and waiting for 20 mins. Doctors seem more eager to shoo you out of the clinic or redirecting you to other places rather than offering help for your issues

I had submitted urine sample for Urine Micro albumin profile before one week. Now I am asking for report then got to know that Specimen lost / unusable- need to submit sample again. I don’t know why this thing happened and due to this treatment got delayed.

Fantastic surgery. Appointments always available. Surgery reception and admin staff are excellent all round. Dr Ali is a credit to the surgery and the GP profession. Her empathy, professionalism and patient centred care is the gold standard that all GPs should adopt.

**Review of Canon Street Surgery** I have been a patient at Canon Street Surgery for over 15 years, and my experience has consistently been nothing short of excellent. From the moment you step through the doors, you are greeted by a warm and inviting atmosphere that sets the tone for outstanding clinical and patient care. Dr. Modi, my family doctor, has been a cornerstone of our healthcare experience. His dedication to his patients is evident in every interaction. He possesses a rare combination of medical excellence and genuine compassion. I recall a time when I was particularly anxious about a health issue. Dr. Modi took the time to listen to my concerns, patiently answering all my questions with clarity and empathy. His ability to explain complex medical terms in a way that is easy to understand truly alleviated my worries. The staff at Canon Street Surgery are equally remarkable. They embody a spirit of kindness and professionalism that resonates throughout the practice. Every member of the team—from the receptionists to the nurses—demonstrates a commitment to patient care that is truly commendable. On several occasions, I have witnessed staff members go above and beyond, ensuring that patients feel comfortable and supported. Whether it’s a friendly smile at the front desk or a comforting word during a procedure, the staff consistently create an environment where patients feel valued and cared for. The clinical care provided is top-notch. The surgery is well-organised, with efficient appointment scheduling and minimal wait times. Each visit is thorough, with Dr. Modi and his team taking the time to conduct comprehensive assessments. Their proactive approach to health and wellness has been instrumental in managing my family's healthcare needs. Furthermore, the surgery emphasises continuity of care, ensuring that all patient history is well-documented and easily accessible, which makes follow-ups seamless. This level of organisation not only enhances the quality of care but also fosters a sense of trust between the patients and the medical team. In summary, Canon Street Surgery is a beacon of clinical excellence and compassionate patient care. Dr. Modi’s unwavering dedication, combined with the caring nature of the entire staff, creates an environment that feels like a second home. I am profoundly grateful for the care my family has received over the years, and I wholeheartedly recommend Canon Street Surgery to anyone seeking a healthcare provider that prioritises both medical excellence and the human touch.

Went to ask for an ADHD diagnosis. The female doctor told me that unless I was diagnosed as a child no one will diagnose me as an adult, which if you look online is false. Referred me to a waste of time, ineffectual CBT online course. When I rang back to see a different doctor, the receptionist condescendingly told me they don’t deal with mental health issues. Also, a friend of mine recently had a very serious rash. He went to this surgery, they told him it was chicken pox and sent him home. He went to a walk in centre where they confirmed he had worms and needed antibiotics and other medication. They ought to change their name, how about Sloppy Shop Surgery?

one of the worst surgery and Dr. impossible to talk to and when you finally get to see him, he starts suggesting home remedies and herbal remedies. if I need home or herbal remedies, I will not be coming to you, I would rather be going to see an Indian Ayurvedic doctor. useless surgery

Drs here are great but its impossible to get through. There no hold system on there phones. I've called 51 times and everytime "line busy" then it hangs up. It would be easier to go to the surgery and make an appointment

Its 1:36pm and when trying to call it goes to a voice mail, no info of break given, so how do a patient contact the surgery? 2:35pm still the same problem!

Trying to get appointment with doctor for a foot problem lasting more than 5 months now, no appointment available and just keeps on diverting to other online form filling sites without any support. Terrible service last few times. I will try emergency services now just to be diverted again to see my GP.
