   I'm so glad I chose Meriden Hospital! The staff is very responsible, friendly, welcoming, and attentive. My room was beautiful and very comfortable; I felt right at home. I want to once again say a huge thank you to my very best surgeon David Izadi and his assistants for the excellent work they did.

   The customer experience is a 10/10. Like most people, I don't enjoy going to the hospital but the Meriden Hospital (Circle Group) makes me feel comfortable and takes away my fears. I visit Dr Mannath when I am there and he is honestly the best, I always leave feeling like I got the most out of my visit. The nurses are all incredible too, they put so much effort into ensuring you're comfortable and taken care of. Honestly couldn't ask for more.

   Really good experience. The care was amazing. Lovely clean room and en-suite. I had a cholecystectomy (removal of the gallbladder) Special mention to Pep, the nurse looking after me. Calm, friendly with a sense of humour. I waffled most of the time because I was a bit spaced out but appreciated her being there. Thank you

   I chose The Meriden Hospital in Coventry after reading many positive reviews, and I’m really glad I did. Even though I’m from Leicester, it was definitely worth the travel. I was referred here through the NHS, and from the very first appointment my specialist was excellent professional, kind, and efficient. Everything was clearly explained, and after my visits, I received letters for my records that clearly reflected what we discussed during each appointment. I had a few visits in total, and every time the experience was great. My treatment went very well, and I highly recommend The Meriden Hospital for their excellent service, organisation, and professionalism.

   The whole experience from start to finish was fantastic. Any nerves or apprehension I had was quickly eased by the staff. My room was immaculately clean and the privacy helped me relax and feel at home during my stay. The catering staff were really friendly and accommodating and the choice of food was impressive and very tasty. I had a bit of a sore throat after the anaesthetic and the catering staff even offered to get me some ice cream to help. Nothing was too much trouble and I felt really well cared for. I was comfortable and relaxed throughout my stay and I was told I could stay as long as I needed which was reassuring. Overall I dont think my experience could have been improved, everything exceeded my expectations. If I ever need surgery again, I am definitely coming back here. Thanks so much to everyone for looking after me!

   From the first day, I walked into reception first let me start by saying. From the reception staff to all of the staff on the ward, who have been so helpful, kind and considerate. Nothing seems to be too much effort for them. Mr ready my surgeon who perform the operation to replace my hip to the staff in the theatre we’re all excellent, but most of all, it’s the after-care that you get, nothing seems to be too much trouble for anybody I would definitely rate this hospital at five stars plus and all I can say is a big thank you to them for looking after me

   Staff are so kind, nothing is too much trouble. The physios are very good and explained everything in great detail. Mr Ramier came and seen me before my op, and after the operation he also explained everything in great detail of what he was going to do. He's very pleasant. And he came and seen me the next day before going into theater, iv never been treated so well in all my hospital admissions. I would like to thank everyone who has cared for me. You are all amazing, and nothing was too much trouble. When they say they won't be a minute, they are true to their word.i think there CQC should be outstanding. Thanks to everyone who made my stay fabulous.

   Fortunate enough to go there through the NHS.Excellent care all the way through. In for a one day operation. Felt really well looked after by everyone, and wasn't rushed too leave. Food was good, room was plenty big enough and very clean. Nice to have your own separate shower room & toilet as well

   I have just been released from the meridian, the clinical staff were excellent, Mr Foguet did a superb job of replacement of a very misshapen knee, very straight now to match my other. Nursing staff on the ward were very attentive and always happy to assist nothing seemed too much trouble for them. The only down side was the meals, in themselves they were good and portions adequate, but by the time they reached my room they had lost their heat which detracted from their taste. Possibility something like a hot trolley could help to overcome this problem. Hence the giving of 4 stars. Otherwise a good experience considering what I had done.
