After constantly cancelled at another hospital I was referred to The Hospital of St Cross, I can honestly say they were spot on for pre-ops, blood tests and my operation. Yesterday 29/10 I underwent spine surgery and from my arrival to my discharge this hospital and it's staff were faultless in every aspect. Big praise for Cedar Ward, Charlotte, Scarlet and the many others whose names I cannot remember... Keep up the good work.

I was in care of st. Cross hospital for a night in October 2025 after my surgery. I found the night shift nurse called Violet was very unkind and careless toward the pain and my request for ice to soothe the pain. Despite I requested not to change my gown and underwear( because I was very dizzy )she force me to change hospital gown to another even my gown was clean. I had the similar experience on my stay in August, requesting for help to go to loo was too long and I felt very venerable there. Please check on you night shift nurses. I should add the food for patients are very poor quality.

Best experience I have had in a hospital setting. Marcus in particular really looked after me as soon as I walked in the door as he could see I was visibly shaking. He brought me a wheelchair to raise my injured ankle and some blankets to warm me up - I was given an x ray examination and sent home with a diagnostic within 2 hours.

What a beautiful place to wander around. The buildings and the garden are very atmospheric. Warm welcome. Great shop with excellent gifts at good prices. Lovely cafe. We then wandered along the riverside into Winchester, right from the main building.

It was my first experience of Rugby St Cross. All the staff are approachable ,professional who show genuine care and respect to their patients. I would particularly like to thank Claudio - Nurse on the day ward and Rachel- surgery Nurse for their care on the ward. A big thankyou for excellent care

Just spent two days in the Cedar Ward having a full knee replacement. The level of care from each and every staff member was incredible! People from the hospitality industry need come here and learn how to provide dedicated service with a smile.

I attend the Urgent Care Centre here on Friday evening after obtaining an eye injury from an incident using gym equipment. I was triaged by a lovely nurse within 45 mins who was attentive and thorough. As it was an eye injury, she called Coventry Hospital’s eye department to see if they could see me either on the evening or the following morning and whilst she waited to hear back, she referred me to the senior nurse who thoroughly checked my eye and provided me with eye drops to temporarily relieve the pain as my eye was swollen and in severe pain. He was friendly and thorough in his examination. The nurses provided me with antibacterial ointment to keep my eye lubricated and gave me an appointment at Coventry Hospital’s eye department to see an eye consultant first thing the following morning. I couldn’t have asked for a better service - both nurses were extremely friendly and went above and beyond in their service. This is the first time I’ve used this service and I was impressed and satisfied.

Every time I've been here it's been very productive. They have either helped me there and then with low wait times . Likewise the parking is usually free as I've always been in and out within half an hour. Even for CT scans or x-rays . Staff are always friendly, hospital is always clean . Easy to get too . If they cannot treat you , they will refer you too coventry university hospital, but they will certainly try there best
