I attended A&E yesterday following a fall in the street. I cannot overemphasise how kind, professional and caring everyone who dealt with me was. Despite being very busy, they were unfailingly patient, treated me as an individual and ensured that they had investigated all avenues that could have contributed to my fall. I also observed that this was true of how they treated others. My sincere thanks to all in A&E, from the receptionist onwards. I was respected and cared for and am very grateful.

In early November I experienced my very first Hospital stay of 4 nights, after 75 years of good health. The care and diligence of staff was exemplary. Ambulance crew, A&E, and Castle Ward: a big thank you.

Thank you so much to Warwickshire staff helping my mum Inderpal out! Such a lovely bunch of people and really looked after my mum! Massive shoutout to all the staff involved, and many thank yous to Neviro, Rebecca, Sangtar, and the nurses/ED staff who administered medication and pain relief.

I couldn't rate Warwick hospital highly enough. It took quite a long time for the operation date to happen, but my stay, and the operation itself, was fantastic. Professor Sorinola was brilliant. Nurses and all ward staff lovely. Restored my faith in the NHS

I’ve lived in Warwick for eight years, and this was my very first time needing to attend the hospital—just two days ago. I felt it was important to share my experience and, above all, to thank the staff for their care. As a healthcare professional myself, I know all too well how often people express dissatisfaction with the NHS. But I think it’s important to recognise that while our health service is free at the point of use, it does come at a cost—and that cost is often time. We are paying, just not in the currency we expect. I arrived at A&E feeling unwell. After registering, I was streamed to minors/GP and waited about an hour for the new shift of doctors to start. I was then seen by a kind GP who quickly recognised the problem and referred me straight up to SAU. A wonderful nurse offered me pain relief, which came promptly. After some more waiting, I was reviewed by the surgeon, who clearly explained the plan and arranged for me to return the next morning for a scheduled procedure. I came back as advised, was booked in, waited a little longer, and I’m happy to say it was well worth it. The procedure was done, I recovered smoothly, and I was home before the end of the day. I owe my thanks to the entire team: Nurses ED staff Anaesthetists Surgical team Recovery staff And the non-medical staff—porters, cleaners, and everyone else who keeps things running. Thank you all so much. More power to your elbow! Keep up the great work—and here’s hoping I and my family won’t need to see you again anytime soon.

Lovely receptionist at the blood test outpatient reception today! I saw her comforting a patient who was obviously going through a rough time and she was just so so lovely to myself and every patient she saw.

The Labour and delivery team and all the midwives are outstanding. I could not recommend the pre and post natal care at Warwick more, amazing. From the admins, midwives, surgeons and consultants every single person goes above and beyond. I had the most amazing experience and even though I had to have an emergency c section (breech) I loved my birth and the care at Warwick. Anything I need for me or my family we will be going to Warwick Hospital.

Not my favourite place to visit but every member of the health team and staff are brilliant!! And help you feel at ease. I find having a coffee before my appointment helps put me at ease . Cafe is easy to find with toilets near by .. We are so lucky to have a fantastic national health service

Hospital teams were lovely. I was seen on time and the hospital was clean and tidy. One complaint as always with Warwick Hospital is the parking. It took me 20 minutes of driving round and round the car park to get a space. Not my first visit so I was prepared and came a little earlier to allow for this. While in the waiting room and least 6 people checked in saying sorry they were late but they couldn’t park. Unnecessary stress for people attending and visiting the hospital. Didn’t take away from the exceptional job the whole team do every day.

I’ve given birth in Warwick Hospital labour ward. The midwifes Joanne and Jo were absolutely amazing; so in tune with allowing me to listen to my own body, clearly very caring, polite and courteous despite being visibly understaffed. Thank you so much for your professionalism.
