   I've deleted a 1 star review after my last visit due to a complete change in care, Same day physiotherapy appointment with a lady that listened to me and honestly cared about my condition and sent referrals immediately I cannot thank her enough, I then saw a doctor on the same day that allowed me all the time I needed to offload years of medical history and even called in a second opinion to find the best treatment for me, I've woken up today pain free for the first time in 3 years and it's quite emotional, This is all I've ever wanted and I cannot thank the team enough for pulling together for me and finding the perfect medication that targets the pain directly and helps me sleep, If you can't tell I've woken up today happy and positive and that's thanks to your fantastic doctors that really helped me so thank you all so much.

   Reception staff very rude and unprofessional. They don’t like you asking questions. They need to listen and understand what the customer needs, this would improve communication and cut down on the length of the calls instead of being constantly told I’ve already explained this to you. No you haven’t explained in the way I can understand.

   Great facilities and easy to use services with friendly staff. The nursing staff, in particular Suzanne and Sophie, are amazing and deliver top class service to their patients. It's never too much trouble to explain results and offer advice about ongoing health issues. I always feel comfortable and confident that their care of duty is the priority. Well done!

   The nicest doctor's surgery I've attended. I was referred from my GP for an appointment. However, deducted a star as the receptionist was incredibly rude and was adamant that I didn't have an appointment until I refused to leave as it was a Saturday and I couldn't contact my GP surgery to clear it up. So refused to leave and made him re-check the system multiple times until he realised he was wrong and sent me through. Although he did, inadvertently make me late for my appointment

   I have had very positive experiences with the surgery. Everyone from reception, nurses, doctors have been willing to listen and understand my health concerns and when they say they will do something such as referrals they are always done.

   I find through very difficult times they appear to be trying there best,the only problem l find is the constant change of Doctors just as you find a doctor you can relate to they leave,I have found one now,just hope he does not leave

   Can never seem to get through to them ever to make an appointment an left on hold for at least an hour. End up having to call 111 to have them get me an appointment instead an that still doesn’t work cause they never call me relating to a 111 call, I’ve only managed to have 2 appointments with a doctor over the past 7 years an they can never seem to sort the problems out. Fed up isn’t the word.

   Awful telephone manners, rude, unhelpful and not friendly. Doctors are also pretty useless here, just try and fob you off with medication for re occurring problems rather than actually looking into them. The useless staff here are clearly only concerned about their pay packet and not peoples health. I have moved surgeries to avoid using this place!
