   An excellent experience from start to finish. I booked and paid via the website for my first appointment and subsequently arranged everything with the physio himself for further visits. Very short waiting times were involved, and everything went as planned. Puiu was extremely professional, thorough and resolved my issue after only three appointments. I would thoroughly recommend Puiu and BAPhysiotherapy. Thank you, I am very pleased with the outcome of my sessions.

   I found BA Physiotherapy by chance on my online search for bespoke insoles. I am so glad I found BA Physiotherapy as they are friendly, professional and thoroughly experienced. I was seen very promptly and Andrea carried out a thorough evaluation of my condition and recommended a personalised made to measure insoles which I am currently using and beginning to get used to the insoles.    i needed a physio to help with my Achilles to get me through a marathon and after calling multiple physios Broughton Astley were the only one who could get me in quickly. I then met Luke and he worked his magic and got me through it, since then he has helped me with a couple of other injuries and he has been incredible. I've recommended them to multiple people and will carry on to do so. Always a smiling face and always having a laugh even when hes massaging out horrible knots. Thank you Luke!

   I was actually recommended to see Jo Tait quite a number of years ago now by a nurse at my local surgery. I had ruptured one of the disks in my back and the wait time for physiotherapy on the NHS was long. I was a bit apprehensive that she could help, but after an initial consultation she said she should be able to help me regain my most of my mobility, and she was absolutely right. After the course of treatments with her I was able to return to work. I highly recommend her services to anyone in physical pain and in need of a good physiotherapist and her rates were quite reasonable also.

   After having horrendous sciatic pain for 5 months a friend recommended jo. I've been 3 times now, each time feeling improved afterwards. Last night I had physiotherapy and acupuncture and today have been virtually pain free. I would recommend jo to anyone, she is amazing!!

   I have just had my final session with Rou after my lower back went 3 weeks ago - I could barely stand and was in a huge amount of pain. Jo managed to get me in for an appointment very quickly and my visits have helped with my recovery so much. Rou is so friendly and welcoming; I felt very reassured, cared for and in safe hands. I'm so much more mobile now and have a series of exercises to do to take care of myself going forward. Thank you!

   I've been going to see Jo and her colleagues for treatment on my chronic back condition for more than 15 years and I can't recommend her physiotherapy clinic highly enough. I usually see Jo or Andrea but have seen other team members occasionally over the years. Not only are they all excellent at what they do...quickly restoring mobility and comfort to my painful back, they are friendly and helpful. They do everything they can to fit me in. Often at short notice despite being busy. Nothing is too much bother. The clinic is spotless and I've been extremely impressed with the protocols put in place and adhered to during the Covid 19 pandemic. This is really important to me as my daughter is currently shielding.

   After many months of struggling with problems in my neck and shoulders I was relieved to discover that Jo Tait's Physiotherapy Clinic was open for treatment in a Covid-19 safe environment. Jo identified the problems as being partly due to operations I had recently undergone, together with years of poor posture, the result of which was limited movement in my neck and very stiff upper back area. After four sessions of various treatments I am delighted that I now have much improved movement in my neck and the whole upper shoulder area is feeling so much more supple and free from tension I am able to continue the improvement using various stretching exercises advised by Jo and have the added security of knowing that should I so wish I can return for more treatment . I am most grateful for the treatment, advice and help given. Judy Henson 22/2/21
