    I ask could I use the toilet for my 3 year old granddaughter as she needed to go and was told no because the building was closed but the doors were still open and when I said but she needed to go for a wee I was told to put a nappy on her the women was not helpful or understanding at all and as it is a children centre I think it is very poor customer service
