I have always found the practice really helpful and I always get an answer to online queries quickly. The staff including doctors are usually friendly and I do feel they have my best interest at retest at heart.
Easy access and managed to book a F2F appointment for next day on the app. Dr was very thorough and helpful, informative and kind. Surgery looking bright and cheerful too. Went into my appointment on time as well. Great improvements.
The best GP clinic very organised and caring. Receptionists always respond quickly to my requests. Doctors are amazing been with this clinic all my life and would not move.
The clinic recently underwent cosmetic renovations, making it bright and clean, and the waiting room more comfortable. The reception staff is excellent, kind and helpful. The doctors are attentive and caring.
I’ve found the reception staff at this surgery to be consistently rude and unhelpful. Their attitude makes it very difficult to communicate or get assistance, which is disappointing given this is a healthcare setting. It would be great if the surgery management could address this and ensure patients are treated with more respect and understanding and are not shown up infront of others!
Very bad service I m having back pain n headache, loose motion for 4 weeks continuesly taking paracetamol and no luck n getting worst Called up the go at 13.59 answered at 2.27 said there's no appointment I explained I'm with a 3 year old alone, I can't stand for more than 5 minutes pain getting worst . They could only offer an appointment for next Monday. Shiniest service ever
Excellent service from all the staff that I have come across.. Receptionists and various doctors have been superb... They understand the patient and dispite being under enormous pressures they are professional, caring and more importantly have a listening ear..
How can it be possible that if I phone at 8.30 or 2pm in the afternoon and wait in a queue I can !sometimes! get a same day appointment or if I'm lucky a phone consultation but if I book an appointment I have to wait 2 weeks this is senseless I was first in the queue and I waited 10min for an answer considering there is hardly anyone in the surgery waiting room why does it take 10 min to answer a phone as there is more than one receptionist what happened to the old method where you sat in the waiting room regardless how long it took you was able to see a doctor on same morning or afternoon Covid is now going to be the excuse that we now have to accept a phone consultation for ever which is really a waste of time because more often than not you will still have to make an appointment face to face so more time wasting for doctors w
Been at this surgery all my life from when it was on at James lane by the shop, The way your treated when you call by the receptionist is so rude, we never had this problem when we had the best doctor ever there. Dr bagley she would stand for this rudeness , I have colleges at work who say why can’t you get an appointment there doctors see them . I called on Tuesday to be told next available appointment was 17 th June 2 weeks I say fine I will take then they said it’s phone appointment. I said this Is an emergency and she put the phone down. I am thinking of leaving the practice which is a shame as been there so long doctors are brilliant but it’s getting to see them that’s the problem!
The dr's are 5 star I really can't under sell how good they are. The one star is because I've been with surgery for my entire life and I have always had troubles booking an appointment. One receptionist is awful for messing up and then being rude about it. We all know which one it is she's the same one making you wait while she talks. She writes your details on post sticks then forgets to put it on the system.
