   The laser hair removal here is a scam, they kept telling my mother to come back every few months after 2 YEARS of treatments even when there was no regrowth and they were extremely rude and were shouting at my elderly mother when she wanted a refund of her deposit when she cancelled her appointment 3 days before. The prices are also extremely overpriced and the service is horrible. I would highly reccomend glow with criss in rugby instead, she is much more professional and cares about her clients. Becky at dermanu clinic is money hungry and purposefully drags out appointments. This lead to my mother devoloping dark spots on her face due to excessive laser appointments when they were not needed and skin damage from the laser. Becky repeatedly lied to and manipulated my mother telling her that the "hair would come back" and she would waste 2 years of work if she stopped going, this is a lie as the oaser can only target follicles that are growing!!! So having laser when there is no longer any hair growing is going to just damage the skin, laser cannot prevent new follicles from appearing it can only treat already growing follicles. At the appointment there was also another client there getting hair removal done and my mother asked them how long they were getting treatments for and they said 8 YEARS!! This is completely unnecessary and clearly becky engages in fearmongering to keep clients coming back every few months for years EVEN WHEN THERE IS NO HAIR FOR THE LASER TO TARGET. disgusting behaviour.

   I had a skin consultation with Nadia who helped me feel at ease, and explained some of the treatments she believed could help me. For the treatments she wasn't sure on, she bought her colleague in to give me additional Information, who was also really helpful and explained various treatments to me. I bought one of the skincare packs and I will be booking in for some of the treatments.

   I felt amazing after my massage! Thank you Nadia. My only feedback to make it even better would be: 1) some relaxing music 2) a bit more pressure - especially on the knots (if you offer a service that focuses on upper back stress relief/working on muscle knots then I’d love to know) 3) Another place I went to recently offered a cup of water or peppermint tea after the massage which I though was a nice touch. Overall great and I’ll be back.
