   I’ve had an excellent experience with Dr Richard Woods and the team. Dr Woods has been consistently supportive, understanding, and thorough with my care. He takes the time to listen properly and always explains things clearly, without rushing. He has gone above and beyond in helping me manage my long-term health conditions and making sure I get the right support in work and at home. The practice is responsive, professional, and genuinely caring. I feel well looked after every time I need help. Highly recommended.

   Dr Woods in particular has been my Dr for years and years and he is absolutely brilliant. So kind, caring, compassionate, understanding and extremely knowledgeable. I will say that when other complain about their own gp practices I can’t relate as I’ve never had an issue with getting an appointment or being able to speak to a dr. I use the anima website to initiate communication and my requests have always been met. Really happy with my gp practice and Dr!

   Excellent contact with Priory Gate Practice. The whole service was really responsive and helped me access advice in a timely and effective manner. I was able to speak to a doctor on the day of my phone call, who gave helpful advice and prescribed medication. They followed up a week later to check on my wellbeing which was very much appreciated. Would highly recommend.

   I have always been a patient of Priory Gate (and Dr Bland/Beaumont/Pai prior) and I am extremely pleased with the service Priory Gate Practice provides. The team of Receptionists have always been incredibly helpful, patient and kind. I have been seen by a couple of different GPs and Doctors at the practice, especially recently with ongoing health issues and they have always provided me with excellent care whether it be over the phone or in person. I have always been accommodated and nothing has been too much. I also want to say a massive thank you to Dr Gillmer for going above and beyond in terms of my ongoing issues and helping me get an appointment for further care after I was lost in the hospital system. This is a massively stressful and sad time for our NHS but Priory Gate Practice have continued to deliver fantastic service despite these testing times. Thank you so much everyone.

   I have been a patient at this surgery for 5 years now and always recieved very good care, have always recieved a phone call or appointment the same day, any concerns have been dealt with promptly, and any follow up appointments are always adhered too. Staff are always friendly and professional. My 16 month old has always been seen the morning that I ring up. Dr. Wood in particular is very good with babies. The practice itself is clean and modern. The receptionists are also friendly.
