   Fantastic help, service and general eye care. We recormend the services at The Eye Clinic whole heartedly. We are well cared for and experience expert help at each stage of our appointment. We are a large family of 4 children, an autism family and we are so happy with the support a d care we get from The Eye clinic. The staff at the clinic are really accommodating with our needs for a quieter and calmer session. They always book us in around school time and together - 4 children in one family is a lot, but they are amazing with us. We also have very specific frame requirements and they are great and explaining all option and discussing our needs. We also order contact lenses and the support with learning to use these for one of my daughters has been second to none.

   Had a very thorough eye test with Umar, who put my mind at ease, the team were fantastic happy and helpful even when busy they could not do more for me, I have now found my options I will stay with, Would highly recommend them.    The worst opticians I have ever been to. I had my eyes tested and bought 2 pairs of glasses. After 1 week I had to get new lenses in one pair because of scratches . After 3 weeks and 3 sets of lenses I gave up. I went to the shop to complain about the glasses and I was told I must have been too rough with them . I would advise anyone looking for an eye test or new glasses to avoid this place as if it was on fire. I also believe they are supplying people with inferior plastic lenses instead of glass.

   Simply amazing. All staff are so polite and they really want to help you. I have 2 sons with autism and the staff are so knowledgeable about this and they always show that they care. One of my sons had problems with his eyesight and I never thought he would ever have a successful eye test given the nature of these but this was done and he now proudly wears his glasses every day. He was treated with so much respect and even enjoyed the experience. They also stock the most amazing wipes which stop your glasses fogging up whilst wearing a mask. xxxxxxxx Stay safe xxxxxxx

   AVOID! Prescribed incorrect glasses and contacts, though I've mentioned it felt weird and all my previous opticians advised against very sharp glasses. In addition to too strong prescription they have missed cylinder and axis parameters on one of my eye - eye test consisted only of using adjustable glasses and reading letters of the wall... Save your time and money - use reputable opticians like Boots and alike!
