The receptionist is very very rude I tried to book in appointment every day I call at 8:05 they pick me up at 8:56 and they said me it’s full booked tire tomorrow and the same thing she said we did not give you face appointment. We only offered you telephone appointment. I am explaining My situation but she doesn’t care about me . Still i don’t get in appointments almost a month.

The place is run and managed extremely badly. There is no care or support for patients or carers. Empathy or leadership is non existent. No announcement that surgery is closed for training even though they are open till 20:30 today, no signs placed on the door, just a passing member of stuff talking via the closed door. Despicably badly organised.

I never had problems with the Gp other than the long waiting times over the phone. Yesterday I did call up to say that I need a doctor appointment as I was bitten by something on my leg and it looked red, warm to touch and swollen and that I was struggling to walk. The receptionist told me to visit pharmacy first and get some cream. Despite telling that it looked like a spreading cellulitis and that I am struggling with walking, she insisted I go to a pharmacy and get medicines. Fortunately the pharmacist at boots-very sensible, just by looking told me it is cellulitis and prescribed me for antibiotics. It is very concerning that even red flag symptoms are not picked up. Very sorry to say, this is not good.

I have been with another GP my whole life and just recently I’ve switched to Fosse Medical and can say that after only two visits, this practice has far exceeded my expectations. All the staff are absolutely lovely and the doctors actually care about you. My wife and I are very happy. Thank you to all the staff!

I went with a child to the emergency center for an examination, I did not receive care for the child, but an interrogation. The staff at the reception are completely NOT competent and NOT COMPLYING WITH THE RULES FOR COMPLETING PERSONAL DATA DURING PATIENT REGISTRATION. NUMEROUS times going to reception with personal documentation did not correct the mistake they made in the system which led to problems even in a children's emergency center.

Seeing all the negative reviews on here, I would like to say how in 30 years of being at the surgery I have never had a problem. Can always get an appointment in a timely manner, the GPs I have seen over the years I have had no problem with. The reception staff are lovely and helpful. It's not an easy job dealing with often frustrated members of the public, treat people as you wish to be treated yourself often goes a long way.

Recently I had an experience with one of their doctors, who seems to see everything in pink, and based on his recommendations... my arms are numb because of stress, tinitus is something you can treat online (I know there is no cure for it), pain is always treatable with ibuprofen without further investigation, appointments are cancelled at their discretion, long waiting times, weird entries in medical history... not all the same... very poor quality of medical service. Looking to leave for a better experience. One last thing, they barely answer the phone.

Credit where credit is due this place has been open the whole way through Covid except for the first couple of weeks while they put measures in place I cannot fault this place I am a new patient of the practice and OMG this in comparison to my old GP could not be more different every single person I have spoken to has been polite and incredibly respectful , reception staff have been really professional and very pro active . I have been feeling so unwell and in all honesty they have been absolutely brilliant . If I was a private patient (and I have gone private previously it was the only way forward at my old GP )the service I have received has been top class definitely in line with private. I’ve had face to face appointment for well person check that highlighted I have some health issues that need sorting n straight away action plan put in place. I’ve also received a call to apologise for not calling me back at time agreed !! I actually thought the service I was receiving at my old GP was the norm absolutely not there are some diamonds around delivering quality and this is one of them Seriously if I had known this practice nearer to my house than my old practice was as good as this I would have moved years ago
