   AVOID AT ALL COST!! First of all he is Greedy. Tried to charge me £600 more than the going rate. I should have left at the point which was my mistake. Anyway there was some changes made to the connecting flight I was on and when I got to the airport, they refused to let me board the plane and advised the tickets should have been re-issued by Mirza Travels. I had 2 small children with me and was panicking as not sure what to do. I called Mirza and told him what had happened. He started blaming and swearing at the check-in lady which wasn't helping anyone. When I asked him if he could just head back to the office and re-issue the tickets he refused as he had other errands to run. He took no responsibility for his mistake and didn't understand my panic and anxiety at the time, just dismissed it by blaming the airline and shouting at me. Thankfully the airline managed to resolve the issue and I was able fly. Travelling can be a stressful experience especially when you are responsible for other people. I would never use this agent again and urge others to do the same. I would give these guys a minus 10 score if I could.
